Requisitioned General Meeting
Shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the SENS announcement dated 28 July 2026 in respect of the purported requisitioned General Meeting which was held on 18 August 2026. The purpose of the General Meeting was to consider the resolutions proposed by the requisitioning shareholder(s) and, subject to the Namibian Companies Act, 2004, the Company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, applicable law and any rulings made by the Chairman of the General Meeting, to vote thereon if competent to do so.
