Shareholders are referred to the Company’s SENS announcements dated 1 July 2026 and 28 July 2026, in which shareholders were advised that the Company had received a requisition dated 11 June 2026 from Riskowitz Capital Management LLC (“RCM”) in terms of section 189 of the Namibian Companies Act, 2004 (“the Act”), requesting that a General Meeting of shareholders be convened for the purposes set out in the requisition.
