The board of directors of Trustco (“Board”) is pleased to inform shareholders that, following the resignation of Vunani Sponsor (Pty) Ltd with effect from 31 October 2025, the Company has appointed Dea-Ru (Proprietary) Limited to act as Trustco’s JSE Sponsor, effective from 1 November 2025.
