Trustco Group Holdings Limited (“Trustco” or “the Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has established an independent committee to manage the proposed delisting from the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE), Namibian Stock Exchange (NSX), and OTCQX Market in the United States.
